Amy Frederick

Client Relations Coordinator

Amy Lynne Frederick joined the firm in early February, bringing with her a strong background in client relations, outreach, and organizational leadership. Born and raised in Bossier City, Louisiana, Amy is proud to serve the community she has always called home after recently relocating back from Texas.

Amy is a graduate of Airline High School and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University in 2022. While at Louisiana Tech, she served as a Student Recruiter and is a proud Phi Mu Alumna. In 2021, she was selected to participate in the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World, where she developed a passion for creating positive, organized, and meaningful client experiences.

Following graduation, Amy moved to Austin, Texas, where she worked for an international software company from 2022 to 2025. In that role, she managed customer intake, client outreach, and international event planning, coordinating communications and logistics for clients and teams across multiple countries. This experience strengthened her ability to manage high-volume client interactions, anticipate needs, and ensure seamless processes from initial contact to execution.

As the firm’s Client Relation Specialist, Amy now uses that experience to serve clients during one of the most important and often stressful times in their lives. She understands that the first call to a law office can feel overwhelming, and she is committed to making every client feel heard, informed, and confident in the next steps. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm approach make her an essential part of the firm’s team.

Amy is married to her husband, Cade Frederick, and they are excited to be expecting their first child in August 2026. Together, they share their home with two rescue dogs, Boone and Delta. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time outdoors, adventuring with her family, and building a life in the hometown she is proud to once again call home.
